Unpredictable gas fee error

An unpredictable gas fee error always pops up whenever I reduce “ethers.utils.parseEther(“0.005”)” to 0.001eth. I noticed it doesn’t sweep below 0.005eth which is approximately $7 in today’s crypto market. How do I fix this please?

I placed this bot on someone’s compromised wallet. I sent 0.0024 Eth to that wallet, my bot detected it on time but couldn’t send out due to the error I stated above. What marvels me is that the other person’s bot swept the funds to zero.

you would need to fetch the current gas price and deduct it from the balance
