Summary

I go to project folder. Run cmd. Write prompt. Simple: What in folder? And when prompt hang up.

Server config
Ubuntu 26.04
User root
Mini PC Intel n150 16/512
Proxy sing-box installed. All requests through it.

Try reinstall cmd.
npm uninstall ...
rm . commandcode

Login again.
Nothing changed.

Token spends.

Diagnosis: a stale token
The main discovery: cmd status doesn't make an API request - it just checks the local auth.json. Here's the proof:

But when I send the same token via Authorization: Bearer to /alpha/whoami:

The token is invalid! cmd says "auth verified" only because the auth.json file exists, but the server doesn't accept it.
Why does cmd -p freeze
Chain:
cmd sends a generate-request with a custom x-oauth-token header: Bearer user_...
The API doesn't recognize the token → it takes ~10 seconds to respond
The Nu client has a timeout of ~5 seconds → the request is aborted
cmd in print mode does not know how to handle this abort → it hangs forever
