Subject: [PATCH] Use a gentler base font size on larger screens

The theme grows the root font size from 16px (phones) to 22px (wide screens), which
made the whole site look zoomed in on laptops. Now 16px up to tablet width, 17px
from 1024px and 18px from 1280px.
