Add geometries for areas

The src/sampleDB/addAreas.js script should be updated to add geometry data for the fields and beds. This will allow them to be displayed on the map in the farmOS application.

There is some KML data for the fields available in the sampleDB/sampleData/areas.kml file. Though it is not clear that this file contains data about all fields, greenhouses, beds and it should be double checked.

Two possible approaches here:

• Process the areas.kml file such that the addAreas.js script can insert them. Possibly create json file with the geometry for the areas. Then have addAreas.js set the geometry when it creates the area.
• Use a Cypress script to import the KML into farmOS using its tools. It is not clear that the areas.kml file is accurate or contains information about all of the fields/greenhouses/beds.

Current thinking is that the first approach will be preferable
