blank page

I am using npm instead of yarn, so i wrote npm run app in the command line. Eventually the server starts on local host but nothing appears on the page. What is the issue, please?

Make sure that you have checked out the correct branch. I believe this repo spans two courses, and for the client version of the course, switching to the 'client' branch might resolve your blank page issue.
