We are bringing in a new wave of contributors! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the Sanctifier ecosystem, we need help with frontend/components/Dashboard.tsx.

Task: Refactor state management in frontend/components/Dashboard.tsx.
Context: Migrate local component state to use React Context or a more robust state manager where appropriate.
