Add current evidence status and contribution paths to product pages

Problem

Project cards link to source or documentation but do not consistently show whether a release, demo, CI signal, support route, or contribution path is actually available.

User outcome

Visitors can distinguish a maintained product from a concept and choose a useful next action.

Scope

• Display approved evidence fields from the canonical manifest.
• Link to current release, docs, demo, security, support, and contribution destinations when available.
• Show explicit unavailable or in-development states rather than empty links.
• Add representative screenshots or workflow evidence owned by each product.

Non-goals

• Calculating maturity from repository activity alone.
• Publishing confidential plans or internal health metrics.

Acceptance criteria

• Every product page shows stage, evidence review date, and at least one valid next action.
• Unavailable evidence is stated plainly.
• Repository metadata is displayed only when its source and freshness are known.
• Screenshots have meaningful alternative text and documented update ownership.

Validation

• Compare displayed fields with the manifest and live public destinations.
• Review each page with its product owner before publication.

Relationships

• Depends on product detail pages and canonical manifest.
• Paired with organization profile catalog validation.
