When the PWA has been installed, the "Open app" button in Address bar of Edge shows dialog title as "Open Temperature converter a..."

Repro:

1. Go to https://microsoftedge.github.io/Demos/pwa-getting-started/
2. In the Address bar, click the App available button.
3. Install the pwa.
4. Go to https://microsoftedge.github.io/Demos/pwa-getting-started/
5. In the Address bar, click the Open app button.

Actual result:

• Title of dialog is Open Temperature converter a...

Expected result:

• Title of dialog should be eg:
  • Open Temperature converter app
  • Open Temperature converter
