pg-configurator copyright and provenance notice

This repository contains work originally developed by Oleg Gurov and Tantor
Labs. The original copyright notices are retained in LICENSE. The project is
distributed under the MIT License; publishing it from the O2eg repository does
not remove or transfer those historical notices.

The bundled pg_settings_history CSV files are generated PostgreSQL server
configuration snapshots. No third-party workload datasets or binary assets are
distributed by this package.

The web page favicon is the PostgreSQL elephant, taken from the project's
three-colour logo published at https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Logo and
embedded as an inline SVG.

PostgreSQL and the elephant logo are trademarks of the PostgreSQL Community
Association of Canada. They are used here to identify the software this tool
configures, not to suggest endorsement by or affiliation with the PostgreSQL
