[Enhancement] Blacklist label in picture pick UI

In the UI part off the picture picker.it says blacklisted whenever a picture cant be loaded. perhaps it's possible to filter these out. if this is done then the UI gets way les clutterd,

Yes this is really a bug. Those are posts that couldn't be displayed due to file type (webm, swf, gif) but are just being shown as "blacklisted".

Going to mark this as a good first issue if anyone wants to try it! But I'll be jumping on this bug soon otherwise
