Fix:Home page navigation error when clicking on Home link

##Description:

Currently, when navigating through the navbar, all links work as expected. However, clicking on the Home link while already on the home page triggers an error.
This fix ensures that clicking the Home link while already on the home page does not cause an error and instead refreshes or maintains the current view without breaking navigation.
