Left rooms remain in the room list until Sable is reloaded

Describe the bug

The title is pretty much all that there is to say, that is, left rooms remain in the room list until Sable is reloaded.

Reproduction

1. Create a room
2. Leave the room
3. Room is still in the room list sidebar

Expected behavior

I'd expect the room to disappear (like on Discord), or to remain there with a "Forget" button (like on Element).

Platform and versions

- OS: Linux x86_64
- Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/147.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
- Sable: v1.20.1-nightly.57.1 (c80a5b0)

Additional context

It might be a Synapse-specific issue.

fwiw; this is dependent on whether or not your homeserver automatically "forgets" the room for you.
continuwuity for example does that by default; and the homeserver will tell the client if that is the case in the capabilities response, see m.forget_forced_upon_leave

@Steffo99 yep. some clients might automatically call /forget right after a /leave, though i dont think sable does that
