Remove static node js

More details: In the api submodule we have a grunt file and package.json that are statically build. the resulting code in src/resources/node can and should be built dynamically. We can certainly reuse cache but this would dramatically reduce the code size.

Also, can you please clarify how you'd like the modules to be built dynamically — should we generate them during npm run build, or some other task?

I think maven should execute it but I'm open to ideas on what the most portable and extensible way is..

Got it. So the issue is that src/resources/node has pre-built Node.js artifacts checked into the repo, which makes it heavy and harder to maintain. The idea is to remove those and let Maven run npm install/grunt to build them dynamically instead.

I can set this up do you prefer that step happen during mvn package or an earlier phase like generate-resources?
