Class for saving data from telemetry model into a file

Create new class in GUI model

• Read data packets from telemetry model
• Append packets to a file for the current session
• Use timestamp for each packet
• Use timestamp for the name of the file

The class could be named something like "Database". The packet fields should be saved as rows in a Pandas dataframe.
