The overall goal of this issue is to get a working version of CLDA within BMI3D. Currently looking at a few approaches:
- implement smoothbatch which may be a bit easier to troubleshoot as compared to KFRML
- test learner & updater to make sure it is updating when it is suppose to (might also be easier to track with smoothbatch)
