In the current PB deserializer implementation, SharedStructArrayBuilder, SharedMapArrayBuilder, and SharedListArrayBuilder can occasionally produce row-column misalignment after parsing in complex PB scenarios, causing jobs to fail.
There's also some room for performance optimization.
