Express Module

I would like to add the basic functionalities and how to use express module in NodeJS.

Express is one of the most widely used framework for creating api end points and routing, I think it would be great to add that file.

If its okay, please assign the task to me.

I would like the contribution be considered for the hacktoberfest.
