Out of curiosity, Have you tried compiling it and seen any errors? If yes, can you please add those errors to the issue description? Thanks.

Github CI is now available for Windows arm64, so it's easier to support it now in 2025 than it was 2 years ago when that other issue was opened...

Still might be a long path to implement the missing functionality (like atomics) in aws-c-common, get tests running, fix anything that's broken, and get the arm64 wheel built in our release process (this might be the hardest step of all).

Hi All

Bumping up this old issue. We have partner requests as a result of the new developer-focused NVIDIA-powered Surface Ultra and related RTX Spark Arm64 devices, and also due to Python Windows Arm64 support hitting Tier 2 support with Python 3.15

I saw the merged PR from a couple years ago, and then related discussions on other issues here, but it's unclear what the current status is. I also see aws-c-common has a merged a pr that fixes that mentioned issue for Arm64 Windows support: awslabs/aws-c-common#1092

Are there any blockers at this point? Any plans for Windows 11 Arm64 / aarch64 wheels?
