Bug: update plugin doesn't update language file

A bug for me to look at eventually,
Any plugin is updated through this plugin with language file differences,
this plugin doesn't seem to update the language file.
e.g. plugin.video.rumble 1.5.4 -> 1.6.0 the language strings will be the old ones.

Hi! Thanks for reporting this. I've opened a pull request to fix the issue: #8.

This change should ensure that language files are properly updated when plugins are updated. Let me know if this works for you!
