websocket and domain are hardcoded

I'd like to include this project in the new buddycloud-vm code, and am trying to get it working on buddycloud.dev (the domain that runs on the vm).

The project contains hardcoded values in the source.

I recommend moving these to a config file like https://github.com/buddycloud/webclient/blob/master/config.js.example

Current hard coded values are:

    <xmpp host="https://prod.buddycloud.com"
          defaultdomain="laos.buddycloud.com" >

and

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://laos.buddycloud.com/api/primus/primus.js"></script>
