A user can display details about their fee discounts by clicking on the fee amount in the New Order panel. Those details currently include discounts from CAP staking and trailing 30-day volume. they should also include any referral discounts.

Plan: trace where the New Order fee breakdown is assembled, identify the referral discount source already available in client/account state or API response, add it to the fee details UI with a regression-safe fallback when no referral discount exists, then verify the New Order panel still shows the staking and trailing-volume discounts correctly.

Plan:

• Trace the New Order fee amount details panel and where CAP staking / trailing-volume discounts are currently rendered.
• Identify the referral discount value from the existing account/API state or add a minimal typed field if the response already exposes it.
• Add the referral discount row only when present, preserving the current zero-discount fallback behavior for users without a referral discount.
• Verify the existing staking and trailing-volume discount details still render correctly.
