Pool transactions should be clearer and have infinite scroll

The latest transactions happening on the pools (deposits, withdrawals, pay ins, payouts) are displayed on the pool page below the main stats. That table should be better organized, potentially have more information, and infinite scroll (currently it is limited to 100 items).

• Trace the pool transactions data flow and current 100-item limit from the pool page through the API/query layer.
• Add an incremental loading path for deposits, withdrawals, pay-ins, and payouts, keeping the existing table behavior stable for the first page.
• Improve the table organization only where the existing data model supports it without backend contract changes; if a backend cursor/page parameter is missing, I'll keep the PR scoped and call that out clearly.
• Add focused tests or fixtures for the pagination/empty-state behavior and document any new query parameters.
