When following the quickstart steps, I got an error starting the hub and starting ember-cli for the cardhost app due to missing .js files. Running yarn compile from the root of the project created those missing files and allowed me to proceed. Perhaps that step should be added, or alternatively, instructions to execute lerna bootstrap from the monorepo root (as the README steps say).
