[Task](ui): create and canonize display of Ids on our UIs

Task Description

On our UIs, we need to display a lot of IDs that are long, non-human readible strings. For these, we ned to design and implement a system that allows users to copy them, click them (even if inside an already interactive element such as a DataGrid row), and ideally label and contextualize them.

This is predominantly a design task, bit does have technical and architectural aspects.

Sub-tasks

• Design a system how to display, contextualize and interact with IDs on our UIs
• Implement the necessary component(s)
• add necessary documentation
