feat: entrypoint finders (Express/Angular routes) — re-advertise entrypoints additively

De-advertised from the 2.0.0 contract (#60). Re-add the fields + marker as a MINOR bump once real finders populate them. Include top-level invocation roots in the call graph (the second half of #60).
