3.0.2 - constantly crashes when scanning hotspot devices #196

Description

@DarryDoo

Pixel 7 Pro, Android 16 March 2026, rooted with WildKSU GKI2. Ning does not have root permission.

I use a tool called VPN Hotspot to enable AP, if that matters. I'm hoping that just handling a null BSSID would solve this problem. Ning detects and selects the correct interface, so it must be close to right. 😊

From Logcat:

FATAL EXCEPTION: main Process: de.csicar.ning, PID: 25567 java.lang.NullPointerException: getBSSID(...) must not be null at de.csicar.ning.ScanRepository$startScan$2.invokeSuspend(ScanRepository.kt:36) at kotlin.coroutines.jvm.internal.BaseContinuationImpl.resumeWith(ContinuationImpl.kt:33) at kotlinx.coroutines.DispatchedTask.run(DispatchedTask.kt:100) at kotlinx.coroutines.internal.LimitedDispatcher$Worker.run(LimitedDispatcher.kt:124) at kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.TaskImpl.run(Tasks.kt:89) at kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.CoroutineScheduler.runSafely(CoroutineScheduler.kt:586) at kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.CoroutineScheduler$Worker.executeTask(CoroutineScheduler.kt:820) at kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.CoroutineScheduler$Worker.runWorker(CoroutineScheduler.kt:717) at kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.CoroutineScheduler$Worker.run(CoroutineScheduler.kt:704) Suppressed: kotlinx.coroutines.internal.DiagnosticCoroutineContextException: [StandaloneCoroutine{Cancelling}@3f93db3, Dispatchers.Main]
