Clock doesnt remain over the taskbar on reboot

I leave the clock over my taskbar as per the image, when I reboot the clock moves to immediately above the task bar. I have to move it back down manually every time.

I've reproduced the upward jump and prepared a fix in my fork:

Preserve clock positions that overlap the taskbar

With a 41-DIP clock sitting wholly inside the taskbar, SetWindowPlacement moves the clock upward into the desktop working area on restart. The change saves the screen bounds separately and reapplies the position when it still intersects a monitor, retaining the existing recovery when the monitor is unavailable. It also preserves the normal position on minimized exit and accounts for burn-in movement.

All 115 unit tests and formatting checks pass. Real process restart checks passed on secondary monitors, including negative desktop coordinates, as well as minimized exit, missing-monitor recovery, and burn-in movement followed by a nudge. A regression script is included. A full Windows reboot has not been performed; these checks exercised the saved-position restore path by restarting the app.

The commit is based directly on master at 4287ca7 and is independent of the day-of-year change for #156. This fixes the position jump; the shell z-order behavior in #159 is separate.
