Launch Regardless of User Profile

Is there a way to make this launch on ever user login and use the same settings for all users regardless of their login profile?

There's no built-in multi-user mode, but the portable .zip gets you most of the way: settings are stored in a file next to the exe, so if you put DesktopClock.exe somewhere shared like C:\ProgramData\DesktopClock\ and set it up once, every user launching that exe reads the same settings. For login, the "Run on startup" checkbox only covers the current user, so put a shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp instead. Note that if the folder is writable, changes flow both ways, including clock position, and if it's read-only you'll get a warning at startup that settings can't be saved.
