Add up to 3 reminders for any time in Settings that will schedule recurring notifications.
Helps build user retention.
Downside is that this requires a few extra permissions when we have none right now, which is very clean. Can we avoid that?

Use native time picker instead of the MudBlazor one https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/time (MudBlazor/MudBlazor#7203 (comment)). The native one should be a generally better experience.
