While investigating the https://github.com/florindumitru/react-native-sip package for use I discovered that this package's download link for PJSip is either broken or outdated.
I think that at one point or another PJSip changed where they keep their release archives (they keep them in Github) now.
I've made a patch that should fix it, I will hopefully create either a PR or fork soon for it.
