Adds it to README.md, profile/README.md, profile/README_de.md, and llms.txt in the established style (banner, repository/activity tables, architecture diagram node, project family, search phrases) -- previously deliberately withheld since linking a still-private repo from this public org profile would have been broken for visitors (see the earlier note in that ticket). Grouped with CareCenter-for-Codex and safe-start-for-codex in "Agent tooling & Support" -- it directly complements both (same architecture decision as the pending src/-packaging work, T-20260926-212716751).
