Make a prettier README

• Tell more about the framework on the README (see Create CONTRIBUTING.md and Pull Request template #16)
• Put our logo centered on top
• Attribute the framework to VueJS Norte organization (with image)
• Reference the license.
• Make sure there's a travis build badge visible
• BUild commands (they are already there)
