[Feature] Alternative Date/Time format based on locale + plus predefined "short/medium/long"

Problem

Currently using date/time in expanda requires knowledge of date/time formatting patterns.
This poses an extra burdon for non technical users.

Proposed behavior

in https://github.com/k3b/calef#Configuration i have created a gui where user can select a language plus simple "short/medium/long" questions for "Day", "Date" and "Time" plus a preview so users can see what the result would be

Partially addressed in 0.3.0: the date variable editor has format presets and custom strftime-style patterns. A full locale-aware GUI like calef (short/medium/long per locale) is not done yet — tracking here for a future release.
