Feature request: oh-my-opencode like workflow

I would like for dirge to support a workflow similar to https://omo.dev/, specifically one where an agent is designated a planner that can only write down a plan that the user manually read and on manual approval fire a orchestrator agent that read the plan and delegate the implementation to individual parallel agents

/plan at the moment is not sufficient as it is too automatic and I want to read the plan before approving it, also it should fire subagents during the implementation

That sounds like a good idea. Any chance you want to give it an initial pass since you have an idea of what the feature should work like? :)

Here is a bunch of features I would like:

1. The ability to switch agent in the ui and via some / command
2. The ability for agent to launch separate subagents, including with a different agent
3. A /start-work command that takes some kind of identifier optionally and paste the content of some plan file that another agent wrote into the prompt
4. Ship by default some agent prompt to take advantage of this functionality

I think all of that should be possible to add right now using a Janet plugin actually.
