Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a product has a Decimal global custom field that stores a high-precision value (for example a calculated price like 0.4861111111111111), the product overview displays the value in its entirety. This is hard to read for content editors who only need a quick, readable indication of the value. Confirmed via DW Care that there is currently no way to control this: the overview always shows the full value.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option on a Decimal global custom field to set a fixed number of displayed decimals (for example 3) in the backoffice product overview, while the stored value and exports keep the full precision. In other words, a display-only rounding that does not alter the underlying data.
Additional context
The field is a global custom field of type Decimal. The request concerns the backoffice product overview (view mode, not edit). Confirmed by DW Care that displaying a reduced number of decimals is not currently possible - the value is always shown in full.
