Subject: [PATCH 2/2] build(renovate): keep hermes-agent pinned until its
 gateway patch lands

Renovate's nix manager updates the commit in a pinned flake URL, so #238
moved hermes-agent to 5fc490e, where the backport of
NousResearch/hermes-agent#85365 fails 3 of 4 hunks and the system no
longer builds. The previous commit reverts #238; this one disables
Renovate for the hermes-agent input and notes the rule next to the pin.
