Subject: [PATCH] The related-sites menu: go-tex, go-richdoc, go-docutils,
 go-pdfkit

Four entries under the logo's chevron, each with its mark (the svg/color file of
its org's brand repository, copied verbatim into static/images/brand/svg/) and
its landing page, https://<org>.github.io/ (all four answer 200). The menu is
site-wide, so every language shows it.
