Feature request: commit summary on beginning of mail body

I think it would greatly enhance the use of the notification mails to have a short summary of the commit in the beginning of the mail body.

The commit comment and a list of all files that were changed on top could help busy people to decide whether it is worthwhile to continue reading the mail.

Optimally, this option could be toggled on or off in the notification configuration.
