Generator methods aren't handled well

Unit tests for the git-source-control app achieve very poor coverage (2.41%) of the SourceControl.Git.Util.Singleton abstract class because of how generator methods are handled:

A corollary of this is that only 3 methods of SourceControl.Git.PackageManagerContext (which extends SourceControl.Git.Util.Singleton) get checked for coverage.

In general, the way to measure test coverage of a generator method is to compile the class (typically with /nomulticompile) in a unit test method.

This should be documented for the few people out there (but I'm one of them... at least in theory!) who care about test coverage of their generator methods.

True unit testing of a generator method with meaningful assertions is a separate topic entirely... ;)
