Copy command needs default_profile even when given to and from profiles

copy command has to & from profiles yet it is taking the "default_profile" as an input as well. (the default_profile was set to a repo for some other GIT testing so it errored)

Error: profile dev does not exist

the config file includes ( once dev was changed to local it worked )
