Signal processing is only reliable when on 4G LTE. On 5G + LTE we can get overwritten signal values #174 and on 2G we only gather a subset of signal values (rssi only) which causes the UI to show stale values for signal types no longer supported. 3G needs to be tested to gather any edge cases that may bring. Rework signal processing to be more adaptive on both the DC and UI side
