Need order info, tracking number and invoice data

I have a freight forwarding business in which I received thousands of amazon orders daily. In order to assign the package to my customer's account, I need to match their name to their account or take the customer number from the shipping label (in case they have it on the order which is common). What I am always missing is the invoice data (price, product name or type (phone case, cell phone, tv, etc) and place this into my system beforehand therefore assigning the package to the correct account preventing mistakes produced by similar names
