I thought about how the "course request" can be build new from the ground up this is the main idea:
Main goal: Replace the current request.php that reloads and sends parameters over the url with a new landing page and a "step wizard", that guides the user through the process of creating a new course. The php file should only loads the most important data. The step wizard should be implemented with javascript to reduce page reloads.
