Plugin doesn't work after some time

After some day the plugin doesn't work, if I open text file from explorer nothing append.
If I remove the plugin, the system notepad open fine; if I reinstall, problem still present.
I need to reboot computer for the plugin to work again.

How can I help debug that ?
