Custom speech recognition support

Is there a plan to add custom speech recognition via custom speech API in v4?

Also, currently webchat is using Bing speech to text and TTS, while a newer API is available. Is adding support for them on the roadmap?

Someone need to get this PR in for custom speech API. And it's out of the scope for Web Chat.

I would love to see CRIS working too.

On the new Web Chat, we support any ponyfills that conforms to the W3C Web Speech API. But it's up to CRIS team to work on the SDK. Or if you know any good open source package, just let me know and we can try them out together.
