At this point it looks like we dont need the fitness function given that we have the falsification step at the end of the qa pipeline.

As I'm thinking about how to take the learnings from the experiments and wrap it up into something that is of general public interest I think I'm landing at two main deliverables: A) The repo itself with a dev container for developing and testing the Policy System and the a separate container that wraps the ingestion pipeline, FalkorDB etc. as a PSSubSystem that is easily consumed in other systems.

This has now been clarified into the following:

• A ps-cli that will be a client to the ps-service running in a container
• A ps-service container exposing a REST api and mcp server
• A FalkorDB container published and maintained by Falkor project
