Any one having issues with aircraft turning away from the LOC on a PTAC upon intercept? They read it all back correctly, then instead of capturing the LOC, they turn away from the FAC by like ten degrees when it comes time to capture and fly away from the LOC. No abnormalities in the recognition and readbacks are all correct. Seems to happen fairly often. IAH 8L in this example. I've seen it in other scenarios though.
they start turning towards the localizer like they're going to intercept but they end up 10ish degrees off course
also, I'm not sure if it has to do with the "speed X until fix" inside the command but most times when it happens is when I assign a speed
