[Editorial] Consider using "Credential Manager" instead of "Wallet" throughout the spec #44

Description

@timcappalli

"Wallet" tends to be an overloaded, consumer centric term, and is often associated with a purposed-built, dedicated app for holding verifiable digital credentials or payment instruments. Many VDCs will just be stored in regular apps which have credential management capabilities, not "wallets" (e.g. an airline or hotel app).

This is the primary reason we've aligned on Credential Manager as the technical term in related FIDO, W3C, and some IETF documents.

It is still reasonable to use wallet in the document's definition of CM as a way to relate the terms (ex: https://www.w3.org/TR/credential-management-1/#credential-manager).
