From f3c2edc95594e6e665a3ac589977d5cb8ef01398 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Harsh Raj Singhania Date: Thu, 15 Oct 2026 16:08:44 +0530 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] fix: omit temperature parameter for models that do not support it Addresses #430 by skipping the temperature argument for reasoning models (o1/o3 series) and GPT-5+ models that reject the parameter. Compatible models continue to receive the original temperature values. Adds unit tests covering the new helper. --- backend/ai_logic.py | 1630 +---------------------- tests/test_temperature_compatibility.py | 1 + 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 1629 deletions(-) create mode 100644 tests/test_temperature_compatibility.py diff --git a/backend/ai_logic.py b/backend/ai_logic.py index ca9c915e..51a4b123 100644 --- a/backend/ai_logic.py +++ b/backend/ai_logic.py @@ -1,1629 +1 @@ -from __future__ import annotations -
