Symbol `<` in the tag editor is being treated as comma key

Describe the bug
Change introduced in #604 made the tag editor treat some characters as comma key.

Examples of characters I'm aware of: <, б, Б.

To Reproduce

1. Open the image
2. Edit the tags
3. Try to type tag :<
4. Editor will create the tag :

Expected behavior
You should be able to use this character in the tag editor, even if it's used on not-so-popular tags like :< or >.<.
